Acceptable use
Do’s & don’ts.
NLT Infrastructure is built for honest funded-trader programs. These are the ground rules for every firm on the platform.
You can
- Define your own plans: sizes, phases, targets, daily loss, drawdown, news rules, profit split and payout rules
- Set your own prices and sell on your own website and checkout
- Use your brand: name, logo, colors, server names and a verified domain
- Open accounts from your site with our API and receive signed webhooks
- Approve, reject and pay your traders’ payout requests on your own schedule
- Use our site templates or build your own front end
- Show real or illustrative results, clearly labeled as such
Never
- Promise guaranteed profits, income or approval of challenges
- Present simulated accounts as real brokerage accounts or imply NLT is your broker
- Use the platform for unlawful activity, money laundering or deceptive schemes
- Operate where your activity requires licenses you do not hold
- Share, publish or reuse your API keys; abuse rate limits or scrape the platform
- Impersonate NLT, other firms or other brands
- Collect traders’ payments in a way that misleads them about what they buy
Your responsibilities
You are the business. You are responsible for your offer, your pricing, your customer support, your tax and legal setup, and the laws of the places where you sell. NLT provides the technology and never holds or moves your traders’ money.
What happens if rules are broken
We may suspend API access or the firm while a problem is reviewed. Traders’ existing accounts keep running during a suspension whenever it is safe to do so. We will always tell you why.
This page summarizes our expectations; it does not replace your agreement with NLT.
