FAQ

Good questions.

Do you hold my traders’ money?

No. Accounts are simulated and NLT never receives, holds or moves your traders’ funds. You collect from your traders and you pay their payouts.

Can I set my own plans and rules?

Yes. Account sizes, phases, targets, daily loss, drawdown, news rules, profit split and payout rules are configured per plan, only for your firm.

How do my traders connect?

Like MT5: they enter the login and password you give them plus your server name (for example yourfirm-sim) in the NLT Charts terminal.

What do I get after paying?

Within minutes: your company account, your two servers, starter plans, and an email with your dashboard login. From there you set your brand, rules and API keys.

How does billing work?

The first payment is the setup plus your first month. Then $800 every 30 days, which includes 50 challenges per month. Extra challenges are $10 each and appear on one monthly invoice you can pay online.

Can I use my own website and domain?

Yes. Use the API to create accounts from your site, and verify your own domain. We can also set up a branded site for you from our templates.

Is it a trading license or financial advice?

No. NLT Infrastructure is software. You are responsible for your business, your legal setup and your customers.
